Basic information on the processing of personal data
INFORMATION CLAUSE
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Notary Office informs that:

the administrator of your personal data is the Notary Office Arnold Walczewski Notary (address: 30-307 Kraków, Barska Street No. 61, NIP: 734-326-63-27, REGON: 123136566 (hereinafter referred to as the "Notary Office"),

Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the statutory obligation resulting from the Act of February 14, 1991, Law on Notaries (Journal of Laws 2017.2291, i.e. of 2017.12.11) and other acts,

the recipient of your personal data will be appropriate persons, entities, offices, governmental and local authorities, specified by the provisions of the acts related to the activities performed;

Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the expiry of claims of a civil law nature or the lapse of 10 years from the date of the transaction, pursuant to art. 90 §1 of the Law on Notaries;

you have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the correction, deletion or limitation of the processing of this data - taking into account the limitations resulting from the GDPR, in particular art. 17 sec. 3 GDPR,

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization,

you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions,

providing your personal data by you is a statutory requirement. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to perform activities,

until the notarial act is performed, for reasons related to your individual situation, you have the right to object to the processing of data,

you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
-
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
